privacy policy
this privacy policy explains how port nexum handles information in connection with puttbound, an android game published by port nexum.
1. information provided directly by users
puttbound does not require an account and does not ask users to provide a name, email address, password, profile, or payment information. port nexum does not operate a user-account database for puttbound.
2. local game data
game progress, settings, unlocked levels, and collected stars are stored locally on the user's device. port nexum does not receive this local save data through the game. removing the app or clearing its storage may permanently delete this data.
3. advertising and automatically processed data
puttbound uses google admob and the google mobile ads SDK to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements. depending on the user's location, device settings, consent choices, and google's advertising configuration, google may automatically collect or process information such as:
- IP address, which may be used to estimate general location;
- app interactions, including app launches, taps, and advertisement views;
- diagnostic and performance information, including crash-related or SDK performance data; and
- device or account identifiers, which may include the android advertising ID or app set ID where available.
this information may be used by google for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, security, and fraud prevention. google acts according to its own privacy policies and terms.
4. consent and advertising choices
where required, puttbound may present a google consent message before requesting advertisements. users may be offered personalized or non-personalized advertisements based on applicable law, consent choices, device settings, and ad availability. where a privacy-options entry point is required, it is made available inside the game.
users can also manage advertising-related settings through their android device and google account settings.
5. internet and offline use
the core game can be played offline. advertising, rewarded-ad features, consent messages, external privacy links, and certain google services require an internet connection. if an advertisement is unavailable, normal gameplay remains available, but an optional rewarded-ad benefit cannot be granted unless the rewarded advertisement is completed successfully.
6. data sharing
port nexum does not sell personal information. information automatically processed through the google mobile ads SDK may be transmitted to google and its advertising partners as necessary to provide, measure, secure, and improve advertising services.
7. data retention and deletion
port nexum does not retain a server-side copy of puttbound game progress or user profiles because the game does not create accounts or transmit save data to port nexum. users can delete locally stored game data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
information processed by google is retained according to google's policies and the user's applicable settings. requests concerning data controlled by google should be directed to google through its privacy tools and account settings.
8. children's privacy
puttbound does not ask users to submit personal information directly. port nexum does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through accounts, forms, or in-game messaging. advertising treatment may be limited based on the app's google play audience settings, applicable law, and google admob configuration.
9. security
port nexum uses reasonable measures to limit the information handled directly by the game. no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and third-party services maintain their own security practices.
10. changes to this policy
this policy may be updated when puttbound, its advertising configuration, legal requirements, or third-party services change. the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
